CrossFit, Stronger, Engine, Team Training, Weightlifting.

CrossFit — the heartbeat of Funk. Constantly varied, functional movement at high intensity.

Stronger — functional strength, three days a week, programmed in eight-week blocks.

Engine — Hyrox-flavoured conditioning. Lungs over legs, low-skill, high output.

Team Training — Friday-night partner workouts. Bring a mate or arrive solo.

Weightlifting — coached snatch and clean & jerk on alternating Saturdays.

Self-led training during scheduled Open Gym slots. Use it to follow Compete programming, work on your own goals, or finish unfinished business.

Included on every coached membership. Available standalone at £125/month for self-led members.
